Fruity and well-rounded

Bright yellow colour with bright gold highlights, limpid and brilliant. The nose is open and frank, with notes of acacia and lemon. The attack is supple, full-bodied and mouth-watering, a continuation of the ample, fine nose. Character with white flowers and candied citrus fruit. The finish is full and elegant, with medium persistence on notes of vanilla flowers and salt stone.

    Terroir & viticulture: 2-hectare vineyard surrounded by dry stone walls on clay-limestone soils. The vines are 30 years old and face east-south-east in the commune of Charnay les Mâcon, in the hamlet of Levigny. Vinification & Maturing: Traditional vinification. Fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel vats. Food & wine pairing : Serve with frogs or chicken in cream sauce.
