L'avis de nos oenologues

Powerful bouquet

The wine has a brilliant straw yellow colour, with fairly regular, persistent bubbles.

The nose is straightforward, revealing aromas of yellow fruit, toasted and toasted bread, with a hint of fresh menthol.

On the palate, the wine shows good balance, with a certain robustness and a vinous texture.

The dosage is medium, and the character comes through with notes of stewed yellow fruit and candied cherries.

The bubbles blend well into the whole.

The finish is good, fairly long, with a slight mineral touch.

This champagne is sufficiently structured to accompany certain meals.

Caractéristiques

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
