Fruity and well-rounded

Dark purple colour with purple tints. Discreet nose, to be opened, with cocoa, blood orange and roasted coffee bean notes, a hint of roasted plum and menthol. Supple, fruity attack with blackberry jam, candied blueberry and hints of pomegranate. Satiny, fleshy finish with black fruits, good balance, medium and frank persistence.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Domain and appellation

    Notre domaine se situe au cœur de la Provence, sur la commune de Correns, à une altitude de 250m. Il se compose de 200 hectares dont 40 de vignes classés en A.O.C. Côtes de Provence. Depuis 1998, notre production viticole est engagée en agriculture biologique, contrôlée par l’organisme ECOCERT. L’absence de désherbant, fongicide ou insecticide de synthèse, ainsi que l’utilisation des amendements organiques constituent la base de cette « viticulture bio ».
