Fruity and light

Very pale white gold colour with green tints. Quite fine bubbles, persistent in the cordon. Open nose, with notes of white flowers, old roses and candied pear, elegant. Attack on a fine and creamy bubble, sweet character, greedy, on notes of fresh grapes and old roses. Good balance. The finish is greedy, with rose candy and pear syrup.

Le domaine et l'appellation

    Moscato est l'un des plus anciens cépages cultivés dans le Piémont, en Italie. Les vignobles sont situés dans les collines de Monferrato à 450 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer dans un climat tempéré avec des températures quotidiennes variables et de faibles précipitations annuelles. Les raisins sont cultivés entièrement sur des pentes bien drainées contenant des dépôts marins. Située à seulement 40 km de la mer, la zone est tempérée avec une influence méditerranéenne.
