Fruity and crisp

Straw yellow colour with bright green highlights. Nice fresh nose with white flowers, blackcurrant buds, mentholated notes and a touch of white pepper. Good balance on a fresh, frank wine with finesse, medium body, dry and nervous. Clean and sapid finish, good tension.

The Cave de l'Union des Vignerons de Saint-Pourçain is made up of 40 cooperative winegrowers who together cultivate 350 hectares of vines, i.e. 23 of the vineyard. Each one is committed to delivering quality grapes.
