Fruity and crisp

The straightforward nose opens with notes of citrus and red fruit, with a hint of Harlequin candy adding a gourmet, regressive touch.

The full-bodied, fleshy attack reveals a fine balance, where tension and finesse combine harmoniously to produce a structured, elegant wine.

The sapid finish, marked by a little bitterness, expresses a character of citrus fruits and spices, with a fine frankness and medium persistence, underlining its authenticity.

Features

Acquis par la famille Castel en 2000, le Château Cavalier a su séduire par le charme de son vignoble et la richesse de ses terroirs argileux, offrant des raisins à l’équilibre parfait.

Ce grand domaine, baigné de lumière, est idéalement situé entre le Massif des Maures et les premières Alpes du Haut-Var.

Il tire son nom du ruisseau qui le traverse et se distingue par l’aromatique et la minéralité de ses rosés.
