Powerful bouquet

Black colour with a brick sheen. Clean nose with a bouquet of spices and notes of roasted black fruit. Supple attack with roundness and balance. Frank length with a spicy, roasted character. Notes of tobacco, tension and finesse.

Features

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

    Le vignoble de Cantemerle (5ème GCC) est situé en sur les graves fines et profondes des communes de Macau et Ludon en appellation Haut-médoc. Le sol est silico-graveleux qui résultent de l'érosion ancienne des Pyrénées par la Garonne. D'autre part, ces terres faites de sable et constituées de galets sont très filtrantes et participent activement à la maturité des raisins car elles réfléchissent les rayons du soleil et conservent, la nuit, la chaleur accumulée durant le jour.
