    The vines of BARON DE LESTAC benefit from a moderate climate influenced by the presence of the Ocean, bringing gentleness and humidity, aided by the dunes and the thick pine forest along the coastline.

     

    Beneath the Baron de Lestac vines, the soils consist of GRAVELS: highly draining, they have a heat-retaining and accumulating power that promotes the ripening of the grapes.

     

    CLAY AND CALCIUM: these give the vines a fresh and moist character.
