Fruity and crisp

Peach skin colour. Frank nose, amylic, on the small red fruits, the white peach, floral note. Supple attack, tension, balance, greedy length, on red fruits, aniseed touch. Good acidic persistence.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

    The vines are mainly located in the Tautavel region, in the heart of the South of France, ideally situated in Roussillon between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. Grenache is the king grape variety for producing racy rosés. It expresses itself fully thanks to the exceptional climate: low rainfall and optimum sunshine. When mature, it develops all its light and fruity aromas in a contemporary style. It is a great grape variety of the south of France
