Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is open and greedy, revealing notes of white flower syrup, fresh almond and candied pear, with a frank and deliciously sweet character.

 

The attack is supple and greedy, with a medium body and a lovely character of white fruit and notes of lilac, accompanied by hints of citrus.

 

The finish is tangy and crisp, expressing notes of white flowers and bergamot, with fine finesse and appreciable persistence.

Caractéristiques

Le domaine et l'appellation

  • DOMAINE DE LA CLAPIERE

    Situated in the commune of Montagnac, near Pézenas, in the Languedoc region, Domaine de la Clapière is halfway between Montpellier and Béziers. The property is an ancient bastide built at the end of the 17th century and a relay for Compostela pilgrims in the 12th and 13th centuries. Owned by Sophie and Xavier Palatsi since 2006.
