Fruity and well-rounded

Pale yellow colour with bright yellow highlights, clear and very brilliant. The nose is open, acidulous, fresh, with notes of roasted hazelnut, gunflint and a hint of candied pomelo. The attack is acidic and mineral, fleshy, full-bodied and fine. The finish is sapid, ample, quite typical, with white flowers and minerality, a hint of saltiness, medium persistence, good finesse.

    Created in 1923, the Chablisienne cooperative now covers 25% of the Chablis vineyard with more than 300 winegrowers. Terroir: Spread over 1175 hectares, the Chablisienne vineyards are located on Kimmeridgian soils with alternating marl and marly limestone with small oyster deposits. The parcels are generally exposed to the south-east, south and south-west with a mosaic of different climates. Viticulture: The cooperative has the particularity of harvesting the grapes in the form of must in order to immediately evaluate the quality of the different plots.
