Our oenologists' opinion
Powerful bouquet
Dark brick colour with a hint of tile. The nose is open and straightforward, typical of candied fruit and dried fruit, with hints of liquorice, leather and undergrowth. Well-balanced, vinous, full-bodied. Lovely signature character, ripe, mellow tannins. Finishes with a hint of cocoa and dried apricots.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

CHÂTEAU NADAL HAINAUT
Château Nadal Hainaut is first and foremost a family with a passion for wine and a concern for the surrounding biodiversity. It's a committed vineyard, established in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon plain for 6 generations. A rich terroir between the sea and the mountains: clay-limestone soil filled with river pebbles, retaining a great deal of freshness. A temperate climate, stimulated by a powerful wind: the Tramontane. Around ten grape varieties, spread over 43 hectares of land, are grown in a sustainable and responsible way, following the specifications of the Ecocert organic label. From the vine to the bottle, everything is done on the estate by Jean Marie, Martine and their daughter Pauline Nadal, taking care to use local, sustainable materials: lightweight bottles, cork from Roussillon, bio-sourced paper, etc. The Château's wines embody the finesse and elegance of grapes naturally ripened by this unique climate, a combination of fine sunshine and the Tramontane.
