Well-rounded

The nose is open and complex, revealing a fruity, gourmand character with aromas of Morello cherry, kirsch, cocoa and toasted wood, accompanied by a hint of black pepper.

The attack on the palate is supple, tangy and crisp, with notes of peony, herbs and patchouli, in a beautifully expressive balance.

The finish is crisp and spicy, marked by kirsch and pretty floral nuances, with a medium persistence that invites prolonged tasting.

Marlborough est situé sur la côte nord-est de l'île du sud de la Nouvelle-Zélande. C’est la région la plus ensoleillée de Nouvelle-Zélande, avec près de 2500 heures de soleil par an.

Marlborough a un climat maritime avec de longs étés chauds, des nuits fraîches et de faibles précipitations. Ce qui est considéré comme les conditions idéales de croissance de la vigne, produisant des grappes propres, aux baies croquantes et pleines de saveurs.
