Powerful bouquet

The nose is frank and powerful, with a complex bouquet of leather, fur and coffee, evolving towards aromas of roasted spices.

On the palate, the attack is supple, marked by a lovely roundness and smooth tannins.

The wine lingers well, with a strong roasted spice character.

The finish is supple, round and elegant.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Le Château LA GRACE DIEU LES MENUTS s’étend sur une mosaïque des plus grands terroirs de Saint-Émilion :
- À l’Ouest, sur les croupes graveleuses jouxtant les prestigieux Châteaux Figeac et Cheval Blanc,
- À l’Est, sur le plateau argilo-calcaire des Menuts, au cœur de la Cité médiévale classée au Patrimoine de l’UNESCO.
Exploitation familiale depuis 1870, ce domaine a vu se succéder six générations, chacune mettant tout en œuvre, entre tradition et modernité, pour préserver la typicité de ses terroirs et valoriser ses 17 hectares actuels.

Certifié ISO 14001 et Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) Niveau 3, le domaine applique diverses techniques agronomiques afin de :
- Favoriser la biodiversité dans le vignoble,
- Encourager la vie des sols,
- Renforcer la résilience des vignes,
- Réduire son impact environnemental.
