Fruity and well-rounded

With its shiny yellow colour, this wine offers you a beautiful, frank and open nose of white chocolate, yellow fruits, quince paste, then beeswax. In the mouth, it presents a nice balance, frank, with body, envelope and fat. Nice character on the yellow fruits, a hint of cumin spice, candied ginger and white pepper.

Features

    Le domaine du Clos du Ciron est situé sur la communues de Bommes dans l'aired'appellation Sauternes.
    Il s'étend sur 24 hectares d'un seul tenant traversé par la rivière Le Ciron. Cette rivière est à l'origine de la brume qui se créait à l'automne et qui permet au champignon botrytis Cinerea de se
    développer sur les raisins afin de concentrer les grains en sucres et ainsi de réaliser le vin de Sauternes.
