Fruity and well-rounded

Pale straw yellow colour with golden highlights. Open nose with notes of honey, acacia and candied pear, a hint of menthol. Round, greedy attack, with white flowers and pear in syrup, nice frankness. Balanced finish, tension, sweetness, medium persistence on honey and candied apricot.
