Fruity and crisp

The nose is straightforward, with woody and vanilla aromas that open up to notes of citrus fruit, fresh almonds and toasted bread.

 

The attack is lively, bringing tension and freshness, followed by a long, chiselled finish and a fine sapid balance.

 

The finish is pleasantly long, lasting well on the palate.

Features

Domain and appellation

  • In early 2011, in partnership with his uncle, Patrice acquired the estate. Drawing on his family and traditional heritage, he began to replant, clean, and ultimately surround himself with expertise.

     

    The estate, located at the heart of the village of Chassagne-Montrachet, produces wines in the pure tradition of Burgundy wines.
