Powerful bouquet

A straightforward nose of crème de cassis and black fruit coulis, with hints of fresh spices.

 

On the palate, a supple attack offering roundness and balance, lingering on aromas of cocoa and roasted black fruit.

Features

    This wine is the result of a subtle blend of Syrah, Carignan, and old Grenaches.

     

    The rocky terroir, made up of schist, granite, and coarse quartz sand, with mineral-rich soil and subsoil, imparts an exceptional finesse to this wine.

     

    This PGI wine, both powerful and smooth, can be enjoyed chilled in summer, and pairs perfectly with summer cuisine.
