Fruity and crisp

Pale yellow colour with pale green highlights. Open nose with notes of exotic fruit and white peach. Straightforward attack, with a hint of mimosa. Tart, crisp finish, hint of white pepper.

    In 1931, the Cave des Vignerons de Buxy was born of the desire of Côte Chalonnaise winegrowers to join forces to vinify, mature and market their wines. Situated at the heart of Burgundy wine-growing, the Côte Chalonnaise expresses all its nuances. Vinification: Aged on fine lees, in vats and partly in barrels. - Terroir: Sloping, composed of marly limestone and clay, and covered with tiny fossilised shells.
