Les whiskies Togouchi sont vieillis dans un ancien tunnel ferroviaire situé à 70km de la distillerie, au cœur de la montagne Osorakan. La maitrise des conditions de vieillissement y limite l’impact du bois et explique l’élégance de la gamme Togouchi.

Le domaine et l'appellation

  • Distillerie SAKURAO

    - Made from 100% barley, 15% of which is malted barley - Distilled entirely at the Sakurao distillery - Aged for 3 years in 1st and 2nd fill bourbon casks. Togouchi Japanese whiskies claim to be rooted between land and sea, capturing decades of know-how handed down through the generations. Distilled at the SAKURAO distillery on the banks of the Seto Inland Sea, Togouchi Kiwami is then aged underground, at the foot of Mount Osorakan, in a former railway tunnel, revealing an aromatic profile that is both woody and fruity.

    tres bon whisky, tres parfumé et doux, se boit tres, trop facilement, passe tres a la fin d un diner avec du fromage type fourme d ambert ou un gateau chocolat. Une merveille!
