Fruity and crisp

Garnet-red colour. Open, typical nose of morello cherries, cherry stones and hints of pepper. Well-balanced, frank and elegant, fine, full-bodied. The wine's signature 'pinot' character, good tension and minerality.

Features

DOMAINE FRANCK MILLET

Le domaine Franck Millet bénéficie d’un savoir-faire, vieux de trois générations propriétaires récoltants. Le domaine viticole est un domaine familial repris en 1991 par Franck et Betty Millet.
Taille : Guyot simple
Densité de plantation : 7000 pieds à l'hectare.
Sol : Argileux.
Vinification : Un premier tri des raisins est effectué avant les vendanges, puis un deuxième pendant les vendanges. Macération appropriée à chaque millésime (environ 3 à 4 semaines) Séparation du jus de goutte du jus de pressurage. Fermentation malolactique Filtration adaptée à la turbidité du vin.
Vin assemblé pour 50 % fût de chêne et 50 % cuve.
