Fruity and crisp

The nose is open and fresh, dominated by lemony aromas, with pretty notes of lime blossom and fresh basil.

 

The attack is supple, bringing tension and freshness, with good balance.

 

The character is marked by lemon, with a hint of iodine.

 

The finish is tangy, highlighting notes of exotic fruit and citrus, with medium persistence, but a lovely frankness on the palate.

    Château de l’Hyvernière is a small estate nestled in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre & Maine sur Lie appellation.

     


    It boasts a charming winery with around twenty underground vats, providing excellent thermal inertia and ideal conditions for vinification and ageing on lees.
