Fruity and well-rounded

Orange in colour, with a hint of russet. Frank nose with citrus notes of candied orange, acidulous and floral notes. Sweet attack, well-balanced, good bitterness, lingering orange zest. Clean finish with floral notes.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Aperol is used to make the famous Aperol Spritz cocktail: pour 6cl of brut sparkling wine (prosecco), 4cl of Aperol, a little San Pellegrino and put half an orange slice directly into a glass.

APEROL
Aperol est un apéritif léger à base d’herbes, de plantes et d’orange amère. Il est créé en 1919, par les frères Silvio et Luigi Barbieri, à Padoue, au Nord de l’Italie.

La recette de l’authentique Spritz; dans un verre rempli de glaçons verser :
- 3 vol. de Prosecco Riccadonna
- 2 vol. d’Aperol
- 1 trait d’eau pétillante,
