Powerful bouquet

Dark garnet colour with brick tints. Reduced nose, needs opening, then notes of peony, wild blackberry, bramble and wild strawberry, with a hint of menthol. Supple, fleshy attack, with notes of cherry, fresh mushroom and nutmeg, good balance, tension, vinous. Structured, tangy finish with morello cherry gratin and cocoa, hint of bay leaf sauce.
