Powerful bouquet

At first discreet, the nose gradually opens up, revealing a dark, spicy world where roasted black fruit intertwines with toasty, slightly mentholated notes, adding a subtle touch of freshness.

 

The attack is supple and enveloping, striking a harmonious balance between roundness and finesse.

 

The body is dense but not excessive, with a frank, authentic character.

 

The lingering finish is spicy and greedy, prolonging the tasting experience with candied black fruit and sweet spices, for a pleasantly elegant aftertaste.

Features

    Situé au cœur de la presqu’île de Saint-Tropez, à cheval sur les communes de Gassin et Ramatuelle, le Domaine La Rouillère a été créé en 1900.

     

    Il s’étend sur 230 hectares, dont 47 hectares de vignes, bénéficiant d’un climat et d’un terroir exceptionnels, répartis sur 147 parcelles.
