Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is open, powerful and expressive, with notes of candied plum, quetsche, mirabelle plum and candied peach, with a hint of vanilla.

 

The attack is greedy and frank, marked by aromas of plum, mirabelle plum coulis, vanilla and elderberry syrup, with a touch of sweet spices, offering power and fruitiness.

 

The finish is delicious, with candied mirabelle plum, vine peach and hints of tonka bean, and lingers for a long time.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
