Fruity and crisp

Blonde beer with a creamy head, dense and long-lasting. Straw-coloured. Clean nose of fresh hops, exotic fruit, mango and passion fruit. A hint of spice. Light, fresh attack, with tension and a long, sapid, thirst-quenching finish. Good bitterness. Clean, thirst-quenching finish.

Caractéristiques

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

  • Brasserie Tandem

    Brasserie Tandem was founded in May 2019 by Aymeric Segard and Pierre-André Zimmermann. The team is now made up of 7 passionate people! Our aim is to produce craft beers that are light on alcohol and full of flavour, with a focus on eco-responsibility: - The beers in the permanent range are all 100% organic, with no exceptions. - The electricity used is guaranteed 100% renewable via Enercoop. - Cereal residues from the brewing process are reused by a farmer. - Process water is systematically recovered. - Bottles and barrels are reusable.
