Fruity and light
Golden yellow colour with an old gold sheen, fine, compact, clear and brilliant mousse. The nose is open, with notes of hops and orange peel. The attack is fresh and frank, with a fairly large but hollow bubble, small body and character. Flat, creamy finish, good balance, light, short length.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

La Pétrolette, qui signifie le cyclomoteur en anglais, renvoie à une certaine nostalgie, rappelant la liberté ressentie une fois le moteur démarré. Cette bière blonde est un hommage à cet âge d'or. Fabrication : Pour élaborer cette bière, deux houblons ont été choisis. Le premier s'appelle le Magnum. Cette variété allemande possède un équilibre parfait entre l'aigreur et la saveur. Il est connu pour ses arômes herbacés. Le second choix est le Saaz. Peu amer, ce houblon originaire de la République tchèque se différencie par ses notes terreuses et florales.
