Powerful bouquet

The nose is frank and complex, opening with aromas of candied pepper and spices, followed by notes of roasted blackcurrant and cocoa.

 

The attack is supple and perfectly balanced, giving way to a long, clean finish, marked by a generous body and a distinctive character.

 

Notes of cocoa mingle with a subtle hint of liquorice, bringing depth and elegance to the finish.

Caractéristiques

    • Un début d’hiver marqué par une alternance de périodes fraîches et douces.


    • En avril, un épisode de gel historique qui ampute quantitativement la récolte.


    • Un printemps très pluvieux suivi d’une saison estivale lente à s’installer et globalement assez fraîche.


    • Une très belle arrière-saison sur les mois de septembre et octobre, bénéfique pour garder la fraîcheur aromatique des raisins et un parfait équilibre acidité-alcool.
