    The inheritance of the « Major » James Grant has been perpetuated by Dennis Malcolm, who started at Glen Grant in 1961 as a barrel apprentice and nowadays director and master distiller.
    Its proximity with the sea, the Garmouth port and the Spey River, all the necessary ingredients to the elaboration of great malts, are united. A unique elaboration process is used with high and thin pot stills with special purifiers, drawn and installed by the Major James Grant more than a century ago and still in order.
    The precise aging in oak tanks, helping the development of limpid, natural and fresh whiskies, is the Glen Grant signature.
