Fruity and crisp
The nose is open, characterised by notes of citrus and redcurrant, with a Grenache profile and a delicate hint of aniseed.
The attack is tangy and crisp, underpinned by a lovely balance and a touch of salinity.
The finish is savoury, with medium length, featuring notes of pomegranate and a subtle hint of iodine.
