Fruity and crisp

Pale yellow colour with green highlights. Fresh and typical nose with notes of white flowers and pink pepper. The attack is frank and lively and the mouth reveals frank aromas of pomelo and yellow lemon.

Caractéristiques

The entire Cub Nicolas range is made from grapes grown on farms with High Environmental Value certification. This certification, resulting from the Grenelle de l'Environnement, is awarded to winegrowers and farmers who have achieved the level of environmental certification that guarantees that the agricultural practices used on all farms preserve the natural ecosystem and reduce the pressure on the environment to a minimum.

    A historic land of wine production since the establishment of the French Court in the 16th century, the Touraine vineyards straddle various rivers such as the Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as the Indre, Loir and Cher. Planted on a medium altitude plateau, the oceanic influence gives way to a more continental climate, favourable to slow and qualitative maturation.
