Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is open and frank, with notes of fresh blackcurrant, blackberry coulis and thyme, and a hint of spices.

Supple, fleshy, fruity attack, supple tannins, tension, hint of bitterness.

Fresh blackcurrant character.

Crisp, fruity and spicy finish, with blackcurrant and black pepper, quite full-bodied.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

MISIONES DE RENGO

Misiones de Rengo est né en 2001 au Chili dans le cœur de la vallée de Rapel, dans un petit village nommé Rengo.

Terroir: Ce lieu possède l’alliance particulière d’un terroir noble, d’un climat méditerranéen au doux soleil, et d’eau abondante.

Vinification: La fermentation est conduite avec une température régulée (sous 28 ° C).

Remontage régulier 3 à 4 fois par jour pour obtenir un vin de belle couleur qui maintient le fruité du raisin.

L'ensemble du processus est conçu pour produire des vins fruités et ronds en bouche.
