We receive fresh fruits at the workshop, which are harvested at maturity directly from the tree or plant.

 

They are then cut by hand and immediately bottled by hand on the day they are received. It is during the cutting of the passion fruit that we discover the inside of the fruit.

 

Either the inner skin is light or it is pinkish... this will determine the final color of the maceration juice, either light yellow or pinkish red.
