Fruity and crisp

Clear colour. Beautiful, straightforward and fresh nose of menthol, cumin and genepi. Beautiful balance on a full-bodied, wrapped Gin, roundness, finesse, notes of cumin, clove, hint of resinous. Beautiful, straightforward and elegant finish.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

    L’idée de créer un gin dans la pure tradition anglaise en plein cœur de la Forêt Noire, en Allemagne, naquit dans les années 50 de l’imagination excentrique d’un officier britannique expatrié, Montgomery Collins. Ce Shwarzwald Dry Gin est fabriqué en Allemagne en plein cœur de la Foret Noire à la Wild Monkey Distillery et il est élaboré à partir de 47 plantes aromatiques, distillé dans 4 petits alambics carterhead hybrides (alambics à repasse équipés de colonnes de rectification) et élevés en jarres de terre cuite pendant 100 jours.
