Fruity and light
Silver colour with green highlights. Fine bubbles, persistent in the cordon. Open, greedy nose, with notes of elderberry syrup, white peach, candied pineapple, hint of bergamot. Attack on a fine and creamy bubble, sweetness, small tension, small body. Character on the white peach syrup. Supple finish, tension, greediness, medium persistence on white peach and elderberry, hint of sweet spices.

Le saviez-vous ?
The « Vino dei Poeti Prosecco Spumante DOCG » is a wine exclusively produced from the grape variety called Giera, coming from the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene (Vénétia, province of Trévise). Located between the Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea, this area is characterized by an ideal climate for the culture of vines which, there, find the perfect conditions of temperature, humidity, sun exposure and supply in water and nutrients.

The “Spumente” proseccos are distinct from the “Frizzante” proseccos through their high "bolocine" concentration (bubbles in italian). The Spumente ones, with a higher bubble concentration, are closed with a wire cap while the Frizzante are tied with a string cap, the “spago.”
