    Corsica, a veritable mountain in the sea, is caressed by sea breezes.

     

    It is thanks to this unique environment that the island produces wines of great character, made from blends of Corsican and international grape varieties. The grapes come from carefully selected estates, situated on the finest terroirs of Corsica’s east coast.

     

    Viticulture: The producers, deeply committed to respecting the terroir and the vines, are constantly seeking the true expression of each grape variety. Vinification: Pressing is carried out at low temperatures and the first juices are meticulously selected.

     

    The wine is then aged and fermented at low temperatures, thus preserving all its freshness and aromatic expression.
