Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
The nose is open and expressive, characterised by aromas of yellow fruit and almond, with hints of fresh spices and roasted pineapple.
The attack is supple, offering a lovely sensation of body, roundness and structure.
The palate displays a frank character, with a lovely balance of exotic fruits, almonds and white flowers, enhanced by a slight hint of sweetness.
The finish is frank and indulgent, harmoniously prolonging the aromatic expression.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

AU CREUX DU NID
Having embarked on the process of removing alcohol from their wines, Vincent and François PUGIBET set about a far more long-term and ambitious project: developing disease-resistant grape varieties, grouped under the PIWI designation.
The acquisition of an organic estate in 1999 marked the starting point of this genetic adventure, with the aim of developing varieties naturally immune to the main vine diseases powdery mildew and downy mildew in particular.
The result: viticulture entirely free from pesticides.
