Powerful wine with potential
Clear colour. Powerful nose, open to empyreumatic, peppery and earthy notes. Beautiful balance on a full-bodied alcohol, full, wrapped and powerful, signed character with a touch of white fruits. Tight finish, signed. For amateurs!

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Herodes
Herodes is an ode to Mexico in the 1950s and 1960s. Its visual identity is reminiscent of posters from the golden age of Mexican cinema: colourful, cheerful and a little naive. Our mezcal draws its identity from these same references. A jovial Mexican character as a tribute to its culture and history. The distillery, or "Palenque" as it is called in central Mexico, is located a short distance from the city of Oaxaca.
