Well-rounded

Straw colour with yellow reflections, fairly fine bubbles. Nose with hints of toast, roasted, floral hints of hawthorn and fern. Well-balanced, frank, medium body, blurred point, character on toasted, brioche, chalky mineral point with a good fresh length.
