Fruity and crisp

Pale salmon colour with rose gold highlights. Open nose with notes of redcurrant, blood orange and bergamot, with a hint of aniseed. The attack is perky and full-bodied, with tension, finesse and good balance. The finish is fleshy and crisp, with lingering citrus notes and a hint of iodine.

Caractéristiques

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Le domaine et l'appellation

    Une magnifique couleur rose pâle, des arômes de fruits frais, une acidité rafraîchissante. Voici l'interprétation que fait Miraval, des terroirs de Provence.​ Les raisins sont essentiellement vendangés le matin, puis triés et éraflés. Pressurage direct pour le Cinsault, le Grenache et le Rolle. La Syrah est vinifiée par saignée. Vinification en cuves inox, sous contrôle de température (95%) et en fûts (5%) avec bâtonnage.
