Fruity and crisp

The nose is straightforward and distinctive, revealing notes of citrus and exotic fruit, followed by an iodised minerality, which adds a touch of gourmet freshness.

 

The attack is taut, supported by fine balance and a well-dosed CO₂, to be preserved for its dynamism.

 

The palate comes alive with aromas of lemon juice, pineapple and grapefruit, offering a crisp, easy character.

 

The wine lingers for a medium length, giving way to a sapid finish, where freshness and greediness are delicately expressed.

    Élaboré à partir d’un assemblage de vins issus de différents vignobles partenaires, Cheval Noir Bordeaux Blanc est le reflet du savoir-faire et des compétences de nos œnologues.

     

    Un profond travail de recherche est mené dans le vignoble de Bordeaux pour identifier les terroirs les plus propices à une maturité optimale du cépage Sauvignon Blanc, qui constitue la majorité de ce vin. Le Sémillon y apporte rondeur et complexité.

     

    • Vinification et Élevage :

    Les vendanges sont dites « précoces » afin de préserver la fraîcheur du vin.

     

    La vinification est conçue pour exprimer au mieux les riches arômes du Sauvignon Blanc.

     

    La macération pelliculaire et la fermentation à basse température optimisent l'extraction des arômes.

     

    L’élevage sur lies fines, avec bâtonnage, renforce l'équilibre et la finesse du vin, tout en lui donnant structure et longueur, et en intensifiant les arômes obtenus.
