Fruity and light

Dense white mousse with an elegant finish.
The light yellow colour is limpid and luminous, announcing a beautiful freshness.

The straightforward nose opens with lively citrus zest and fresh cereals, with a fine expression of crisp citrus fruit in the background.

The attack is supple and light, carried by fine, creamy bubbles.

The finish is clean and thirst-quenching, revealing delicate cereal notes and a biscuity touch reminiscent of a spoon in the hand.

Keeping level Ready to drink

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Brasserie Tandem

La Brasserie Tandem a été créée en mai 2019 par Aymeric Segard et Pierre-André ; Zimmermann. L'équipe est désormais composée de 7 personnes !

Notre projet est de produire des bières artisanales plutôt légères en alcool et pleines de goût dans une logique éco-responsable :

Les bières de la gamme permanente sont toutes 100% bio sans dérogation.

L'électricité utilisée est garantie 100% renouvelable via Enercoop.

Les résidus céréaliers issus du processus de brassage sont réutilisés par un agriculteur.

Les eaux de process sont systématiquement récupérées.Les bouteilles et les fûts sont réutilisables.
