Fruity and well-rounded

Dark purple colour, nice expressive nose of black fruit gratin, pepper, hints of spices, good balance on a frank, fleshy wine, finesse, nice character, greedy wine, full-bodied with quite round tannins.

Features

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

    La gamme "Les petites récoltes" est le fruit d’une collaboration entre Nicolas et les caves capables de valoriser au mieux le terroir qui les entoure. Leur spécificité ? Une multitude de cépages régionaux associés aux cépages "classiques" des appellations, pour des assemblages à la recherche du fruité et de fraîcheur, qui s’adaptent à l’évolution des envies et des goûts. Les œnologues Nicolas évaluent chaque année la qualité des nouvelles cuvées et les assemblent pour donner la meilleure expression possible du millésime. Cet assemblage exclusif fait avec méthode et rigueur exige ensuite une mise en bouteille dans d’excellentes conditions de maîtrise tant au point de vue sanitaire que du respect de la qualité originelle des vins.
