    Aged for 15 years, this single malt from The Dalmore undergoes a two-stage ageing process.

     

    First, it is left to rest for 12 years in American white oak bourbon casks, before being divided equally between three types of sherry casks – Amoroso, Oloroso Apostoles and Matusalem – for a further three years of maturation.

     

    The result is a rich and structured whisky, combining a beautiful richness with powerful elegance.
