Fruity and crisp

Pale yellow colour with a white gold sheen, limpid, shiny and crystalline. Open nose with hints of lime blossom, juniper, hints of gentian and lime zest. Supple attack, tension, full, lovely notes of fennel, aniseed and lime blossom. Sapid, crisp and mineral finish.

    Fondé au XIVème siècle par la famille du premier Pape d’Avignon, Clément V, le Château de Roquetaillade Le Bernet appartient aujourd’hui aux frères Guignard, respectivement ingénieur agronome, œnologue, et ingénieur qualité.

    • Terroir: Culminant à 113 mètres la vallée de Brion, le vignoble s’étire sur un sol argilo-graveleux.
    • Vinification: Une macération pelliculaire de 18 heures précède un élevage sur lies fines.
