    La distillerie Hakushu a été fondée un demi-siècle après Yamazaki. Keizo Saji a hérité de la vision de son père et, dans sa quête d'innovation, il construit cette deuxième distillerie Suntory en 1973.

     

    Située au milieu des forêts profondes du mont Kaikomagatake dans les Alpes du Sud japonais, Hakushu est sans aucun doute l'une des plus hautes distilleries du monde.

     

    La forêt majestueuse qui entoure la distillerie abrite une abondance de variétés végétales.
