CHÂTEAU LES CARMES HAUT-BRION
From 1584 to 1785, the Blanc Brothers owned the estate, giving this cru its enduring reputation.
For nearly a century, it was under the stewardship of the Chantecaille family.
Les Carmes enjoys an exceptional location, neighbouring Château Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion.Enclosed by high stone walls and ideally oriented, the estate benefits from a unique microclimate that profoundly influences the vines and the quality of the wines.
Since 1985, the wine has been bottled at the château.Château des Carmes Haut-Brion, the estate’s second wine, displays a frank yet delicate character, subtly revealing the soul of the Carmes Haut-Brion terroir.
Elegant and refined, it mirrors the harmony of its elder while highlighting the singularity of this Bordeaux enclave, nestled in the very heart of the city. -
