Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is open, revealing notes of red fruit and stones.

On the palate, the attack is supple, with equally supple tannins, offering a sensation of fullness.

The wine's character comes through with notes of thyme, cherry and Morello cherry, all with good balance.

The finish is persistent and sapid, marked by spices and a slight touch of full-bodiedness, confirming the quality of this lovely wine.

Features

Les raisins proviennent de propriétés soigneusement sélectionnées, situées sur les meilleurs territoires de la côte est de la Corse.

Viticulture: Les producteurs sont attachés au respect du terroir et de la vigne. Ils sont dans la recherche permanente de l'expression originelle de chaque cépage.

Vinification: La fermentation s’effectue de manière traditionnelle, dans des cuves en inox thermo-régulées.
