Powerful bouquet

Attractive, fine, regular bubbles adorn the straw colour with green highlights of this champagne, which gives off lovely toasty notes of brioche and sliced bread, blending with fruity Morello cherry fragrances.

 

On the palate, its full-bodied, vinous character and persistent bubbles create a well-balanced whole.

 

The finish is distinguished by a certain frankness and plenty of flavour.

Le domaine et l'appellation

    Fondée en 1734 comme société de négoce sous le nom de "Maison des Comptes de Champagne", la Maison prend le nom de ces nouveaux propriétaires en 1932.
     

    • Terroir: Le vignoble s’étend sur 288 hectares.
       
    • Viticulture: Les raisins proviennent de 50 crus différents.
       
    • Vinification: Ce champagne brut est assemblé à 40% de chardonnay -la signature de la maison Taittinger- et 60% de pinot noir. Il est élevé 3 ans en cave.
